But please be aware that there a couple of things will affect the insulation: (1), the amount of the food in the lunch box. If the food is less than 3/4 of the lunch box, it may reduce the insulation capability. (2), the original temperature of the food put in the lunch box needs to be high enough. Product Details: Food-Grade Safe Plastic, Premium Stainless Steel SS304 BPA Free, Non-Toxic Leak-Resistant Seals Available Colors: Pink, Blue, Gray and Green Useful Tips: (1) The clips on the 4 sides are easily to be opened and closed, so please DON’T pull too hard. (2) Please ALWAYS open the tiny valve on the lid first to release the pressure before opening the lunch box to avoid damage to the handles. (3) Please DO NOT use it in the microwave or dishwasher.
