I've been doing calisthenics for about 7 months now using parallel bars and pull up bars and I will tell you that the first time you use the rings they will blow your ego away. I did a little research on how to use them properly and started out with basic ring support drill and just basic pull ups. On my first time using them I was struggling to keep myself from shaking trying to learn to keep the rings stable. If you like body weight exercises these rings will give you a great challenge plus help with shoulder mobility. But make sure you start off with basic drills before you go into your normal routine and even then you have to remember to take at least two rest days because your tendons will be really stressed. In terms of quality, I went with the wooden rings. Texture was surprisingly smooth and as slippery as a metal bar but they feel nice, no splints and they look and feel like they'll last a pretty long time. The rings did come with a set of straps and cam buckles which are both tough and of great quality. Extremely simple to set up but if you aren't sure there are many 1-2 min videos on youtube that show you how to install them. I don't really know what else to say about these other than that the price for these is kind of a steal as the quality is top notch and they come as a complete package (rings with straps and buckle). I have a lot of fun with these and the hard part about my training is making myself train only at a certain amount of volume, the feeling of progressing with certain movements like the muscle-up and levers and planche gets me excited so I tend to overdo it in my training which causes me to take more rest days to allow my tendons to heal than I should. Review: These things feel unbreakable - These things feel unbreakable. Well made. And the buckles hold tight. The rings have some weight to them and a slight texture for better grip. As you see in one of my pics, there is an arrow on the buckle to show which direction to insert the belt, so there is no confusion. If your belt feels like it slips, you've fed the belt the wrong way. I've got these rings attached to the pull-up bar of my home gym Power Tower, which I also bought here on desertcart. https://www.desertcart.com/gp/product/B00M1N76YC/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 These rings also come with attached Velcro straps that help you roll up the extra belt slack to keep the slack out of your way. Very handy. I've shown this in one of my pics as well. I always read reviews before purchasing, so I hope you find this review helpful!

Excellent
Bought these bad boys because I was looking to take my bodyweight strength training up a notch, and boy I was humbled real fast. I can easily do 20 pushups on the floor with a 2-1-2 cadence, and my first attempt with these was sad- I could barely even hold a plank position. These will show you just how strong you really are in the basics. Anyway, the rings are really solid and heavy, nice texture to prevent slippage, and the strap buckle was easy enough to figure out. I'm having zero issues with the straps slipping. I feel like these things could hold the weight of a car. Well worth 21 bucks. I don't know why anyone would pay up to 100$ for a set when you can get these.

Good rings for the price. No slippage
I bought these to workout when I was away from my home box for a month. Quite happy with them. I was just doing ring rows and dips with them but found them secure when setup according to instructions. No slippage. The texture is a little rough and I recommend chalk as the are not wood and get slippery when sweaty.

Solid, quality rings.
Exactly as shown - adjustable straps with no slippage when assembled per instructions, sturdy wooden rings that are a good grip size (though they do put off a few splinters near the straps at first), and easy on the hands. Have mine hanging from a pull-ups bar, and they're great for incline pull-ups, muscle-ups, and balancing practice.

There are better quality rings available
I returned these rings, was not happy with the quality. Plastic rings had a manufacturing seam in them which would have likely been bothersome and hurt my hands. The clamps didn't appear to be high quality. I have since purchased two sets of Elite Brand rings from Amazon. $5 more for the Elite Brand for better quality and you get a 'free' jump rope.

These work well and are a great value. The straps are relatively easy to set up once you get the hang of it. It can be a little tricky to insert at first, but it gets easier with practice. Once inserted, changing the length is very easy. The attached Velcro strap to hold the straps coiled up is a nice touch.

Solid quality, great price.
These have been getting daily use by my 3 kids (including an 11 year old who is a fairly serious gymnast) for the last two months. They are fairly easy to adjust. Once in place they hold perfect. The plastic on the rings is great quality. They hold my 190 pounds very well - sadly I can't do the sort of stuff my kids can without major injury. :-(

Buena calidad, recomendados
Un gran producto, el material de los anillos es resistente y liviano, llevo usándolos tres semanas y no he tenido ningún problema, tenia pendiente del material de las correas pero son resistentes, un gran apoyo para ejercicios de calisthenics y gimnasia
