This bird feeder is very cute and affordable. If you don’t have squirrels trying to get at your bird seed 24/7 I’d say go for it! I do unfortunately, and they knock it down easily from any hanging point and eat all the birdseed. It comes apart with very little force (although a bird would not knock it down).

The birds are not paying any attention to this feeder and not squirrels either. I don’t have other feeders so there isn’t competition for food. Plus, it’s getting colder and I’d think they’d be more interested when there aren’t many other sources around. I’ve had it up for a couple weeks. It’s cute, so I’ll leave it there and hope they start to pay attention to it.

Cute little bird feeder. The squirrels enjoy this more than the birds lol. So this is NOT “squirrel proof”.

This is a cute feeder, however the holes dont allow for small seeds. I'm also concerned that there is no perch for the birds to sit on. we shall see. I kept it because it added some color to the yard.

I hung mine on a shepherds hook under my huge maple tree. The birds loved the food but it drew moisture in the bottom and molded. I will still use it, but I’ll be sure to put fresh feed in it every day.
