i've tried quiet a few products from BM and to my surprise each and every single one exceeds my expectations. coming to this, my training intensity and performance has definitely improved a lot. i take the mentioned serving size about 15 minutes before my workout, and the results are amazing to say the least. it's super affordable and the taste is also pretty good.
