I was upset but thought ok I will return and get new one. I repurchased it again and exactly same thing happened! For such an expensive tool should not break specially after second use!! Very disappointing! Will be returning for refund and never again! Review: This scalp therapy set seems to be good for now and hopefully it will help me to grow a thicker hair.I’m using this product for a while and I can see that it definitely does a good job,the areas where my hair was really thin now I can see how it gets stronger.To notice a big difference it should be used for a longer time and I’m pretty confident that it will work.The quality is impressive and everything seems to be well made.

Broke off after second use. Bought a new one, broke off again. Pulls hairs out, buy the normal and cheap ones, are a lot better.

Item has previously been opened and possibly used? I’m not taking a chance on opening it to find out. Tamper stickers clearly removed, box torn at top. Very disappointing for a personal hygiene product. No thanks.
