This sunscreen is fantastic for combination to oily skin. It leaves a natural, matte finish while still allowing your skin’s natural glow to show through, creating the perfect balance. The formula is lightly tinted with a subtle lavender scent and caused no irritation or breakouts on my very sensitive skin. The finish looks flawless at any time of day and never appears cakey or like you’re wearing foundation. If you have dry skin, this may not be the best option but otherwise, I highly recommend it. I’ve been using this same formula for the past five years. I used to buy it at Target, but since it’s no longer available there, Amazon has become my go-to for purchasing this excellent product.

This all mineral sunscreen feels luxurious and light on the skin. It is non-sticky and leaves no white cast. The tint blends perfectly with my fair skin and gives just a hint of color. It does not provide coverage for imperfections, which is not what I look for anyway. The product has a lavender scent, which I like, but it disappears completely in a few minutes. Big thumbs up for me. As with any sunscreen one needs to use an adequate amount of product to get the stated SPF. Considering the tube size this is a relatively expensive product.

It’s really good perfect for a light makeup look! In my op it’s a bit orange and it smells kinda funky but overall really nice!

This is the handsdown the best tinted suncreen (and one of the best tinted moisturizers) I've ever used; I highly recommend. I have blonde hair, blueish eyes and fair skin with neutral or cool undertones; I'm older, mixed skin type, prone to break outs. I don't tan and have to wear lots of sunscreen. Other products are either so fair they make me look pastey, or have orange undertones that look awful. This is a perfect skin match; it goes on easily, makes my skin feel moisturized but not greasy, and just seems to even out my skin tone. I’m 75 and choose to wear this because it not only protects my skin from the sun, it also does not collect in the creases on my face. The color also works well with my complexion in that it blends in perfectly.

This applied really well - it was easy to spread and absorbed nicely. I loved the feel of my skin after applying, it wasn’t greasy AT ALL (I have very oily skin and am on the search for a non-greasy sunscreen). However, the tint that is supposed to just avoid white cast was still really noticeable and a terrible shade for me. It made my skin look jaundiced. I could have worked with that, I think, but the smell was beyond awful. I’ve read some reviews that said this had a light lavender scent, but to me it smelled like rancid lemons. I tried to stick it out and give this a full day wear test, hoping the smell would dissipate or I’d at least get used to it, but I couldn’t. It smelled SO bad. I honestly don’t know if I just got a tube that somehow went bad, or if that’s standard. The expiration date it over 14 months out from when I opened it, so it hasn’t expired. Maybe it was stored improperly before I bought it? So if the smell either isn’t there for you or it doesn’t smell as bad for you as it did for me, I’d say this is a decent sunscreen. But I won’t be keeping the tube I purchased.

Update: Setting powder over this sunscreen is a great combo! Also keeps my oily skin nice and matte. I almost deducted a star because this sunscreen and its tint can rub off, which I don’t like. I didn’t want something more like makeup than a moisturizer. I wanted a sunscreen that didn’t leave my face so pale and was willing to try mineral instead of chemical to see which I like better. Overall, this sunscreen is great. PRICE - It is pricey. There are less expensive ones out there but also much more expensive ones. I got this on sale, so I was okay with what I paid. INGREDIENTS - I appreciate Bliss being cruelty free and including several natural ingredients in their products. That goes for this product, too. SCENT - Not the traditional sunscreen smell! Just the lovely herbal scent of lavender. I have never used a sunscreen like that—I think it’s great. SKIN TYPE - I have combo oily skin—normal in the cheeks and oily/acne-prone in the T-zone. This did not make my face greasy or cause breakouts. It made my skin tone look very even and like I was wearing a very light coverage foundation. It left my face feeling soft. It does not leave a matte finish on its own, but maybe setting powder applied on top could give that effect (I’m also considering switching to a matte moisturizer, so I look forward to seeing what that could do). Of course, your skin may be greasy after using this if you don’t prep for it properly. For example, I use things like a foaming cleanser and niacinamide serum to balance oiliness. Overall, I believe this sunscreen would be friendly to all skin types. DURABILITY - I don’t think this product would hold up through intense exercise, but that depends on how much you sweat and wipe your face as well as the air temperature where you live. I played sports (moderate intensity) while wearing this one day and it held up fine because nothing touched my face. I would not use a hat or sweat towel with it because the tint wipes off. That is to be expected with mineral sunscreen, which is supposed to sit on top of the skin, so keep that in mind. IN CONCLUSION - This sunscreen is a keeper. I would wear it for special occasions, light to moderately active days, and when I am not worried about it rubbing off on fabrics; however, I will buy a more affordable, durable, and sheer sunscreen to have as well, especially for game days / beach days / or really any day where I don’t want my sunscreen sitting on top of my face.

I found this as part of a prime day sale for $4 and so thought I'd give it a try. I liked the scent (very mild - scents can trigger allergies & migraines - this one was good.) I liked the texture and consistency. It was easy to spread and apply. It felt creamy like lotion and wasn't cakey. It didn't leave my skin feeling masked - it felt light & nice. Its not going to totally even skin tone - it's not a foundation - but it does help for those days when I want to keep things light & simple. Best of all it didn't cause a break out. Recommend. 👍👍
