The product was delivered on time and the packing was really good. The quality of the bottle and reeds was good as well. However the scent i chose i.e Citronella was really bad. It smelt like odomos and started giving me a headache after a while. Hence unfortunately i cannot use this particular scent. Suggest folks should go for lavender or the other milder ones Update on Vanilla fragrance - This one is pretty mild and really good. I would suggest go for Vanilla or Lavender as some other users have suggested. Update after couple of months - the fragrance didn't last for more than 15-20 days though there was the liquid present. Even increasing the number of reeds didn't help. Paying so much to get the fragrance just for 15-20 days is disappointing. Would suggest not to buy. Not worth the money

Product and smell are good and provide effective smell to remove bad smell in toilet. Worth Value product.

We have this exact brand and scent at work and the scent is spa like and relaxing. This one smells too strong for the small toilet at home. However, placing it in the kitchen which is larger, the scent is strong enough to keep the kitchen and hallway smelling fresh and relaxing. I’d highly recommend this effective diffuser.

The smell is so strong that food and drink taste of it and clothes smell of it I put it by back door and the insects and flies actually stayed away.

Doesn't smell in the slightest bit like citronella. It's a horrible overpowering soapy smell. I put this in the guest bathroom last night with the door closed, and the aroma is so strong that by the next morning it's seeped out through the cracks and filled the hallway outside too. I've had to throw it away, it's so awful.
