The best and made of good quality
The best and made of good quality. This has been dropped, thrown and tossed on floor by children and remained intake and working so it gets a gold star!

You get what you pay for?
I read other reviews that made me cautious about buying it, but I thought I'd try it anyway. It is a piece of junk. The only sound on it is the green button to press the ringer, which is fine, except for the fact that it does not ring when you want it to (i.e, when you push it). Other times, it will ring out of nowhere! If you bump or drop it at all, it might start ringing, but then you can't get it to turn off unless you smack it (like 5 times in some cases!) because the button is useless. Very cheap. I might as well take the battery out, and just have it as a pretend phone with no sound. In that case, it would be fine...but still kind of boring for a toddler. I thought the colors and numbers would intrigue him more.

Delightful!
I don't see any indication that this phone needs batteries for the ringer. It rings three times when the button is pressed, and then stops. Pretty ring, not too loud, just right. There is no screen, no cover, no other sounds from it. All the buttons are nicely painted in good colors and they all work. The wood and finish are lovely. This is exactly what I wanted. I have a real cell phone that is serious. This one is for fun. It's very attractive and I'm very pleased.

Cute phone, well made
LOVE this little phone and so does my CEO toddler! The ringer works when pushed and she loves to push the buttons

Ringer stopped working
My 9-month old absolutely loved this - until the ringer stopped working. He probably got 2 weeks of use out of it before it bit the dust. He still shows some interest in it, but without the ringer it's just some buttons on a piece of wood. Not as well-made as other wooden toys we've purchased, but if you can figure out how to replace the battery every two weeks or so it may be worth it.

Great phone, but has faults
I bought this for my daughter so she would have her own little phone to play with that was not digital or light up. The concept is there but the quality is lacking. The green button that does the ringing sound broke after a few days. I even opened it up and changed the batteries and it still doesn't work. She still uses it but she misses the sound.

Still going strong
My two year old son has had this phone for over a year now and still going strong. He loves to press the buttons and take it around to everyone in the room so they can take calls too. We haven't had any problems with it, I really appreciate that it doesn't light up or have a bunch of annoying sounds.

Cute, But Poor Quality ~ Two of Them
We wanted to love this phone so much. Cute and simple. The first one we ordered, the green button had to be pushed very hard with two adult hands in order to get it to make the "ringing" sound. (Which it only did 1 out of 5 times.) No way a toddler could do it. And it would get stuck. Then one day it got stuck and stayed stuck. Amazon nicely sent a replacement (but we had to send the broken one back, argh), and this button worked. For two days. Then it too, was broken. What a bummer. Perhaps it is a sign from the gods that wooden toys and electronics shouldn't be mixed. Go for one or the other! LOL
