KastKing Speed Demon Pro Fillet Knife with Protective Sheath

I've fallen in love with this maker. I've built a small collection with this one as one of my favorites. It is razor sharp and nicely flexible. It is strong and has a good size, well made handle. Down side: you'll probably gain weight from wanting to use this knife every night to cut up then consume some good meat. Pro tip: get a sous vide machine.

Son absolutely loves this filet knife because of how much more flesh he can get off the skin when he filets panfish. It made such a huge difference. 3 panfish was enough for 2 people, which is crazy. Normally we were getting such tiny filets, but the control this knife gave was exceptional. Worth every penny. Haven’t had it long to say how it will hold up, but he had another one from this same line that is bigger (for the past year), and it is holding up great!

Good grip. Bright color is helpful in locating knife. Very sharp & still flexible for easy filets. Vented sheath is nice to prevent rust; but the shape, size & position of the vents make it too easy for the super thin blade to poke out as you are putting it away if you aren't super careful... otherwise it was a great gift for a kid's first filet knife

A very sharp, flexible knife perfect for filleting fish. I having used it yet, but it’s everything I hoped for at a great price.

I bought this to filet pan fish 8-12 inches. My old knife is sharp but rigid so small filets were hard for me to accomplish. I chose the 7” model because it seemed to be the most popular size. My first impressions are that this is plenty sharp and the flexible blade yielded the filets in the picture with ease. The handle is comfortable and gripped well when slimy. I like it very much so far.

KASTKING FILLET KNIFE...probably the best thing i've ever bought on Amazon when searching for a real filet knife - you know, that flexes to cut around bones and such. It's the sharpest knife i've ever owned and i'm not kidding!!! I own a LOT of knives. Razor sharp right out of the box and finally one that really flexes for maneuvering. The neon orange color is hideous hanging with my other nice knives, and guess what-I don't care.
