This is a game changer. I have HFI and other food discomforts. Basically I can't eat really anything without getting severe bloating, gas, pain etc. If you suffer from something similar I don't have to explain this you or someone close to you lives this. For the products that help digest all 3 of these groups of food this one is the most cost effective. It is not a cure, However, it helps. I can eat some normal food once in a while and do not feel the severe side effects from it. Definitely helps with the bloating, pain and discomfort and overall food digestion. If you are also real gassy typically with eating, I would suggest taking a gas X product or similar as well. (at different times as directed on the bottle). I would definately reccomend this product to persons with these issues. I take it everywhere with me.

I have purchased a couple of bottles of these capsules, and am about to purchase a third one. I have had digestive issues for about 4.5 years and have spent so much money on supplements. I do find benefit to this one. It isn't fool proof and I do still need to pay attention to what I am eating, however I do find that I have less bloating and gas after meals when I use these. They are pricey, but they are worth it for the time being.

This product is a combination of three ingredients: lactase (lactaid), alpha-galactosidase (beano), and inulinase. It's the last of these three that is unique. The only other inulinase enzyme product I'm aware of costs substantially more.Inulinase can help with the breakdown of fructans like garlic and onions that otherwise are heavily fermented in your colon, leading to IBS-like symptoms (severe bloat followed by constipation and/or diarrheas, etc.)This product definitely helps. It's not foolproof but it had a definite effect. Breaking open the capsules and sprinkling it on food may be more effective.However, what ultimately REALLY helped was stopping Omeprazole. PPI's caused my FODMAP issues and ceasing them has largely fixed my issues.

These are great, I find they work best if you use them about once or twice a week as opposed to everyday. But they make it possible to eat out without negative side effects.I also find they are less effective if you have a cocktail with dinner - might be just me but it's worth mentioning.

I bought it mainly for the fructanase (inulinase) activity it contains, since some foods with a lot of fructans bother me. It works, but I don't like that it also contains pectinase. Pectins are not FODMAPS. They are large molecules, present in all edible plant cell walls, that are slowly fermented in the gut. The same goes for the fermentation of hemicelluloses, resistant starch, and even alginate. These all feed your intestinal bacteria gradually and support a healthy gut in that way.If I reduce the amount of rapidly fermented stuff that causes gas and pain (fructans, galactans), then I don't want to destroy the remaining slowly fermented stuff that my gut microbiome needs. Now, if someone can't tolerate any intestinal gas formation, I can understand why they would take this product. But I doubt that is the situation most people with IBS have to deal with. They just want to hurt less while also remaining healthy.

I was half dosing these bc I have a sensitive system and some got on my hand so I licked it. The taste was very familiar, like baking soda. Not what other digestive enzymes I have bought tasted or smelled like. So I decided to take the digestive enzymes I bought at the store and these and put them in shot glass with vinegar and sure enough these bubble up slightly. I checked the ingredients and it doesn't list sodium bicarbonate. Again I don't know if that's what I tasted and my test isn't a super accurate way to tell but seem worth asking more questions.As for how well they work alone -- I'm unsure bc I take them with other enzymes. I am sensitive to bases as my stomach seems to not have enough acid and these do increase that feeling of fullness that get when I have something neutralizing acid so could be related or it could be something else.

Es funktioniert! Dank diesem Supplement kann ich wieder vieles essen. Natürlich nicht alles. Knoblauch und Zwiebeln bleiben tabu. Aber der Verzicht ist nicht mehr ganz so dramatisch, und es geht mir seither besser.Nur noch Fodzyme ist meiner Meinung nach besser. Die vergleichbaren Präparate auf dem Deutschen Markt funktionieren alle schlecht bis gar nicht.

I’ve not been able to eat food for over 5 years without being in agony afterwards for most of the month. I started using these a couple of days ago and I am virtually pain free. The pain was so bad I would vomit and be unable to move and this has reduced this by around 80%. Thank you so much. For info I have IBS, endometriosis and adenomyosis.
