For the last four years, we’ve been trying to figure out what has been ruining my wife’s digestion. She wouldn’t eat all day if she had to leave the house. It was destroying her mental health, causing severe anxiety and she was becoming agoraphobic. We found out it was Fructooligosaccharides in garlic and onions - which is in everything - and Fodmate has put her back on the road to normalcy. We can eat out without anny emergency bathroom stops, down from two or three stops, and she isn’t anxiety ridden about eating. This stuff is magic.

I have had trouble digesting any garlic form until I found this. It helps me tolerate garlic.

Been using product for a couple of weeks and have not experienced relief as promised. Also, product contains magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide which are not good for you. Product is very expensive and NON-RETURNABLE! Classic case of paying more for something doesn't guarantee you are getting a quality product free of unnecessary additives OR that it will work for you.

This is a game changer. I have HFI and other food discomforts. Basically I can't eat really anything without getting severe bloating, gas, pain etc. If you suffer from something similar I don't have to explain this you or someone close to you lives this. For the products that help digest all 3 of these groups of food this one is the most cost effective. It is not a cure, However, it helps. I can eat some normal food once in a while and do not feel the severe side effects from it. Definitely helps with the bloating, pain and discomfort and overall food digestion. If you are also real gassy typically with eating, I would suggest taking a gas X product or similar as well. (at different times as directed on the bottle). I would definately reccomend this product to persons with these issues. I take it everywhere with me.

I was half dosing these bc I have a sensitive system and some got on my hand so I licked it. The taste was very familiar, like baking soda. Not what other digestive enzymes I have bought tasted or smelled like. So I decided to take the digestive enzymes I bought at the store and these and put them in shot glass with vinegar and sure enough these bubble up slightly. I checked the ingredients and it doesn't list sodium bicarbonate. Again I don't know if that's what I tasted and my test isn't a super accurate way to tell but seem worth asking more questions. As for how well they work alone -- I'm unsure bc I take them with other enzymes. I am sensitive to bases as my stomach seems to not have enough acid and these do increase that feeling of fullness that get when I have something neutralizing acid so could be related or it could be something else.

Es funktioniert! Dank diesem Supplement kann ich wieder vieles essen. Natürlich nicht alles. Knoblauch und Zwiebeln bleiben tabu. Aber der Verzicht ist nicht mehr ganz so dramatisch, und es geht mir seither besser. Nur noch Fodzyme ist meiner Meinung nach besser. Die vergleichbaren Präparate auf dem Deutschen Markt funktionieren alle schlecht bis gar nicht.

Really helps with Sibo and bloating problems

I’ve not been able to eat food for over 5 years without being in agony afterwards for most of the month. I started using these a couple of days ago and I am virtually pain free. The pain was so bad I would vomit and be unable to move and this has reduced this by around 80%. Thank you so much. For info I have IBS, endometriosis and adenomyosis.
