I cannot remember how I found this but I am so glad I did. At first I thought I was reading wrong; the price seemed inexpensive compared to what I would be getting. I went back-and-forth on the possible purchase for a while but ended up getting this plus another slightly smaller version. Both came at the same time. Now it's important to understand that while I have a lot of talents working on putting things together is, shall we say, not one of them. I can do a lot of them but it takes me a lot, lot, lot longer than other folks. I tried and I did get a couple but ended up asking my gardener if he could do it. He did, and the two different versions are now on my front porch. I really like them. The wooden pieces are lightweight but definitely feel sturdy. As long as you stick with small to medium pots under the weight limit mentioned by the manufacturer, all should be well. I have medium pots on the bottom shelves to stabilize the shelving while various smaller sizes go on the middle and top shelves. The plastic pieces that hold it all together are also quite sturdy. Pounding them in with the included hammer was easy and fortunately they can be taken apart again if you make a mistake. (Just some good arm strength that most people have is sufficient to correct any errors.) I don't know yet how (or if) this will fade in the sunlight but I would bet it will look as good as it does now. The darkish stain on the wood, the raw ends and the plastic all combine to make this a very attractive package on its own. Fill it with plants--as I am in the process of doing now--and it is slowly, surely becoming a gorgeous and considerable part of my visionary "green" porch.

I’ve looked at probably 50 of the different plant stands on Amazon and settled on this one. I liked the layout of this the best, and I don’t have a ton of plants (yet lol 🤪). I definitely am glad I “settled” on this one, because I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It’s the perfect size in front of my living room window, not too big, not too small, and it fits all of my plants and decor perfectly.. currently decorated for Halloween. But after reading the reviews, make absolutely positively sure you clean this thing before assembling it. I don’t mean just wipe it down with a paper towel, I mean grab a grubby rag that you don’t care about, use the gloves, get some dish soap in a bowl and wipe down every single bracket. The rag in my picture was a solid white before I started this, and as you can see, it’s no longer white and now in the garbage. This is filthy when you first take it out, but after I cleaned it really good, I was able to put it all together without any gloves and barely had any residue left on my hands. It was a little bit of a pain in the ass to put all the pieces together, all in all took me about two hours to clean it, put together, and get everything setup how I wanted lol. I can’t say enough how much I love this thing and how it really kind of transformed my living room. It makes me so happy 😊 I only just got it yesterday and setup today, so I’ll update it down the road if there are any issues

I love, love putting furniture together. It appeals to my puzzle solving nature. I am usually pre-ticked off before opening a box because usually monkeys on cheap beer have written the instuctions. But, i really found this very easy to put together in.spite of minimal, but common sense, instuctions. Once i separated the parts and realized you can kind of customize it, i really enjoyed it. Cons: it's smaller than the pic but I'm seeing more and more products that arent accurate. Measurements are accurate here. There was 1 broken piece, but they give you an extra of everything. Which is rare, so it's a "pro" There is a LOT of parts -3 sizes of rods and lots of connectors. do not be turned off by this! It really isn't complicated. The wood is a very lightweight balsa-pine with thin printed wood design on it. (see pics). This was scratched or scraped in a few places and not printed to a few of the edges, leaving a white line along the edge. Not a big deal as you can turn the wood struts any direction you want so.you get the prettiest side showing. Nice things: A free pair of gardening gloves and a mini garden tool set. nice! It took about an hour and a bit to put together. Assemble the shelves, then put them on the frame bottom to top. There is a rubber mallet included! and it is wonderful. Someone commented that it was loud and it is. you will have to whack it to force a tight strut or to just make sure all is even.and snug. To be honest it was sort of cathartic after the last 2 years we've just had. A customizable thing I did was turn the topmost shelves upside down. This puts a small rail-lip on top and i thought it'd be safer to guard things. This is very light. I think this is really nice for so much extra room and the company went out of the way with extra parts, the website if you need replacements or help, and the little extras. I'd buy again to use for books or folded tees in a closet.

Everything I needed was in the box. When I opened it, I removed all the pieces and grouped them together. The instructions are pretty straightforward. I used the gloves included as some reviews mentioned the stain coming off (I did handle pieces without the gloves at some times but no stain came off on my hands). I took the medium sticks and made all the edges first. Don’t be scared to give the corners a few good whacks with the mallet. Once I had all the edges, I made the shelves, then assembled the whole thing. I wanted to do a different configuration but I think you need a separate set b/c with just this one (the Square set-up), it didn’t seem possible to do a different one. Other than that, I’m every happy with it. On one review, this had fallen apart. I understand how this can happen. If you don’t pound the plastic corner thingies down low enough, they won’t be sturdy - and if your joints aren’t sturdy, it will collapse when weight is applied to it. I used a level on each shelf then across the entire thing to make sure it won’t tip. And it seems pretty sturdy to me. Lastly, I wanted to hang a planter from it but: 1) it won’t really fit - or maybe my planter is too big, the picture has a hanging plant but I guess it’s really small. 2) if you do hang a planter, it’s probably best to hang it from the center of the top middle shelf. Anywhere else & it might tip. TL:DR cute, good size for a small space, sturdy just use a level to avoid it tipping, don’t be scared to whack the plastic corners with the mallet, use the gloves ;)

I have purchased 3 of these now, and see more in my future. The product is easy to assemble, holds a lot of plants! Everything comes included to make assembly easy, a small hammer and gloves - as well as some tiny adorable garden tools. The only thing I want to point out is that during assembly some of the finish can transfer so be aware of that! (Again, it does come with gloves, so your hands should be fine!) I have used them inside and out. The outside one did wear quite a bit, but it survived a Wisconsin winter and to improve appearance, I spray painted it a fun color to match my patio furniture. I think a coating of protectant would have helped it look “fresh” but it has held up wonderfully and still holds all of my plants just fine. Inside, these are perfect for my mudroom space. They hold all of my plants and they are fun to decorate! The spaces are large enough for several varieties of plants. I have gotten a ton of compliments on my “display” when people come to visit, and I really enjoy my space.

Love this and have it outside my home! It will start to fade after being outside after a few weeks but still good condition

This is a cheap plant stand. That can be either a positive or negative feature depending on what you are looking for. I am putting it in my sunporch where function is more important than looks. I would never display it in my house. It is very rough looking. I will probably end up restaining or painting it because the current stain is uneven and the cut edges are not stained at all. The stand is lightweight, but stable and I'm not afraid of it falling apart. If I didn't have it next to corner, I would be afraid of knocking it over because of how light it is. The most annoying thing about the stand are the shelves. It is designed and constructed in such a way that the sides of the shelves are lower than the slatted middle sections. That means you can't put a plant right near the edge without doing some sort of balancing act. This issue means the shelves are actually a lot smaller than they look. The stand was easy to put together and came with good instructions and extra parts.

My husband and I put this together in about 30 minutes, I’d guess. It came with a handy little mallet which got a lot of use while we assembled it. We assembled it on the deck outside and the neighbors probably thought we were building a house with all the hammering, but it was fun worth it. It’s a study shelf I bought for my mini greenhouse to hold my plants. It’s great because even though it looks like wood or bamboo, it’s some hard plastic material which is waterproof, easy to clean, and won’t rot. It is well designed and sturdy enough to hold my heavy plants. It’s been out there a couple months now and I’ve had no problems or complaints. We plan to get another one soon.
