Does this bag have a flat base or is it soft all the way round?

The base of the bag is reinforced with thin card which gives it a little bit of shape and substance. Fundamentally this is a lightweight bag which can be folded flat.

Strap only has one connection i need another clip

My wife packs her bag and use the strap as is works well

Are the colours the same is the pink the same as photo

Not quite what I was expecting- more dusky muted pink. Definitely not what the picture shows which was PINK!!! It was a gift. Hope that helps

What are the washing instructions? Can it be put in the dryer?

Mine not dirty yet so, l would suggest a delicates wash would be fine for the bag.
