Good product for protecting your eyes
My smartphone the last thing you look at before you go to sleep and I didn't know of the potential damage it does to my eyes and sleep patterns.The problem is caused by the blue light that’s emitted by the screen on your phone, which does an excellent job of ruining your sleep patterns, because it mimics light produced by the sun. That’s not good when you’re trying to sleep. Beyond that, if you look at a phone, computer, or TV screen during the day — and 30-percent of adults spend more than nine hours a day doing so — the exposure to blue light can lead to eye strain, headaches, blurred vision, and dry eyes.My issue is I need reading glasses. But they are too strong for the computer. I need weaker magnification for the computer. I found a pair of glasses by Sightline Readers that has a progressive power lens that works for reading and the computer screen. These are the best glasses I have had for computer glasses. Some models have an AR coated lens. If you need reading glasses to see the screen clearly, sighline computer glassses might be your best bet. They work great for me.They look like normal glasses, but provide crucial protection. I like them look like and feel, really nice stuff to use everyday.If any issues comes up I'll update my review and drop a few words about that.
