Best Culture ever!
I don't normally give out reviews but this stuff truly deserves appreciation. I have tried making starter on my own and have failed miserably so I know how much effort goes into it and the product is so amazing I really feel excited that I'm not set for life. It's not just perfectly fermented but also smells beautifully sweet and tastes absolutely amazing!!

Wonderful starter, works like a charm

Not Sourdough but instant dry yeast!
Its not sourdough as claimed it clearly has instant yeast granuls and no sourdough can be used without activation first... even with taste its not sourdough...
