Great for Redcuing Inflamation and Menopause Symtoms!
I was told by a nutritionist about the benefits of GLA and bought my first couple of bottles there. This is the exact same product but at a much better price! Bascially GLA is an Omega 6 fatty acid which you get from certain foods. But it's not easy to get what you need from food, which is why I take a supplement. I am taking this to reduce inflamation and for menopausal symtoms and I could see the difference pretty quickly. There are lots of other benefits so read about it and then order it!

Excellent Product
This is a wonderful product. My primary care physician recommended that I try this related to chronic dry-eye and it has reduced my eye redness by 70%, with a noticeable improvement within 1-2 weeks.

Some pain relieve
It seems to help my aches and pains in my joints, and has stopped the burning tingling in my feet. I have just ordered my second bottle. I am well please with this product as of now. Updated: you don't realize how much they help until you miss a couple of doses. As long as they help me, I will continue to take them. The speed the company gets them to you is impressive.
