The product suppose to have been stainless make, but the one received seems to be plastic/ pvc .one of the operating cap handle already broken. The cover was open too.non standard packing.billing details obscured.

Unsuitable. Even plastic taps are stronger.
It gives a sense of amazing strength to the owner because it can be crushed with bare hands. One feels like a superman that a metallic tap can be hand-crushed. Stronger than the paper but weaker than the cardboard carton it is packed in. In case you unfortunately order this, be careful, your hands could get hurt.
