Are WHIMZEES Dental Treats effective for dental health?

WHIMZEES are proven to reduce the buildup of plaque and tartar to support oral health. With a firmer texture, WHIMZEES promotes a longer chew time to keep dogs occupied but most importantly, an increased cleaning time.

How do WHIMZEES Dental Treats clean teeth?

WHIMZEES are designed to help reduce plaque and tartar for dogs by mechanically scrubbing the tooth. Our firm texture and unique designs encourage a longer chew time for extended cleaning and feature nubs & ridges to help clean hard to reach places.

Is this safe for all life stages and all breed sizes?

Always follow WHIMZEES sizing guidelines to choose the correct treat size for your dog. Not suitable for dogs less than 5 lbs. Not suitable for dogs under 3 months, and dogs 3 months to 9 months should only be chewing WHIMZEES Puppy chews.

If I give my dog dental treats, do I still need to get their teeth cleaned?

Every dog’s teeth are different and the best care for them is a combination of dental treats, tooth brushing and annual dental checkups. Actively helping reduce plaque buildup on a daily basis can promote an overall healthier mouth for your dog.
