I purchased this in the rubber training it's beer together. I'm about to give it five stars as well. I really like them both although they definitely make others nervous when you try to use them in a regular type of gymnasium.

This is the real deal! If you're into martial arts, you'll love this rotating rope dart! That's right! The mechanics involved with the dart are intriguing. It spins on its own axcess and won't tighten the rope when preforming a spin attack from the ground up.

If you've bought this, you know or want to know rope dart/ meteor hammer. This is a good one.

Good for learning. Great weight and length of the rope. Feels like good quality for the price, excellent to learn on. After about a week the rope is fraying in a few points. Does some serious damage if you hit yourself so be careful. Wear gloves for awhile until your hands toughen up. Overall happy with it but will likely find a better one as I improve.

Crappy quality looks unsafe to use right out of box. The 3 rings that are supposed to be inner connected aren’t. A single ring holds the hammer which is directly contradictory to the product description
