Yes you do. The puzzle comes locked.

Why was i sent an obviously used clue box? the outer box is ripped and torn. i did not order used.

I had an identical issue with another box from this company. Mine had writing on the puzzle and the “prize” was missing from the prize chamber.

How hard is it to open? I'd like to add a giftcard without getting a headache.
