These insoles fit better people with medium arch rather than with high arch.
I like these insoles. I have a medium arch. However, these High Arch support insoles fit me well.I think that people will actually high arch might find these insoles insufficient for proper support.

Love these insoles
I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.
