Seat is not soft, everything is good.Fir this price if 17k, manufacturer should check seating softness. Thick mermory form could have been used.

Not worth the price! Not ergonomic! No adequate support provided!
After purchasing this product, based on my personal experience, i will definitely not recommend this product to anyone at all! Reasons are the following:1. Incorrect claims - 3D armrest is mentioned in the description, however i cannot even place my elbow on the armrest. This is so uncomfortable and i had to order an extended armrest for support since i use a wireless mouse.2. No instructions provided to assemble the product, i had to raise a request for help. Seller reverted within a day or two just with a youtube link, which i had to figure it out myself and no help offered. Pathetic Service!t3. Head rest provided is pathetic! it does not give any support to your neck bone or cervical bone i had to purchase a memory foam neck pillow else you cant use the chair because neck and right shoulder hurts very badly.4. All the features mentioned in the description are for namesake the seat slides but not completely but slightly .which is of no use.Please do not buy this chair, i don't have a choice , i didn't return it because i have to pack again and wait for some more time to get a new chair until then can't work without a chair. I just hope this review helps.

Not happy with this purchase
After using 10 months of this chair sitting comfort is average and ergonomic back rest is very noisy.Fitting is not good. Not satisfied with this product and what were mentioned features list those are name Shake only

I've been using this char for over 4 months.The chair is very sturdy and ideal for tall and heavy people over 6 ft, build quality is also very good and easy to install (but an installation guide would have helped a lot) after sale service was great, my chair was making creaking noise and in few days of raising the complainant I got a new set of wheels and had no complaint since.Build quality- 5/5After sales support- 5/5Seat cushion - 4/5Installation - 4/5Back support - 3.5/5 cause i had some discomfort after 3-4 hrs of continuous usage, but if you use for short duration only then you have nothing to worry.

The product is not ergonomic. Back support is not proper. Waste of money. Hydraulic is giving problem after few days.
