He had so much fun making his own homemade ice cream, and the process was simple enough for him to enjoy from start to finish. The machine is compact, easy to use, and perfect for making personal-sized treats. It freezes the ice cream well, and the results have been creamy and delicious every time. Cleanup is quick, which makes it even more enjoyable to use regularly. Overall, this was a fun, high-quality gift that has already created great memories, and I would definitely recommend it. Five stars! Review: It doesn’t work - I bought two of these, one as a gift. One fused, the other didn’t turn and I can’t return them due to their refund policy. Don’t buy. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07BTQGBFT | | Brand | Dash | | Brand Name | Dash | | Capacity | 1.6 cups | | Country of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 out of 5 stars 9,388 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00858557007115 | | Included Components | Ice cream machine, Recipe Book, Spoon | | Item Weight | 2.1 Pounds | | Model Number | DPIC100GBAQ04 | | Operation Mode | Automatic | | Part Number | DPIC100GBAQ04 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Making homemade ice cream, entertaining guests, following recipes | | UPC | 858557007115 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Dash - **Capacity:** 1.6 Cups - **Included Components:** Ice cream machine, Recipe Book, Spoon - **Item Weight:** 953 g - **Operation Mode:** Automatic ## Images ![DASH Glass Rhinestones for Nails Supplies Crystals Gems Rhinestones on Nails Design 3D Nailart Accessories Decoration Ongle MJZ1045: SS4 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51cD9ZXpLBL.jpg) ![DASH Glass Rhinestones for Nails Supplies Crystals Gems Rhinestones on Nails Design 3D Nailart Accessories Decoration Ongle MJZ1045: SS4 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81INt9TgVwL.jpg) ![DASH Glass Rhinestones for Nails Supplies Crystals Gems Rhinestones on Nails Design 3D Nailart Accessories Decoration Ongle MJZ1045: SS4 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51TipmyIJDL.jpg) ![DASH Glass Rhinestones for Nails Supplies Crystals Gems Rhinestones on Nails Design 3D Nailart Accessories Decoration Ongle MJZ1045: SS4 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61v8CFW50+L.jpg) ![DASH Glass Rhinestones for Nails Supplies Crystals Gems Rhinestones on Nails Design 3D Nailart Accessories Decoration Ongle MJZ1045: SS4 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71W9quO+jwL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: do you have to let the bowl freeze for 24hrs in etweem each use?** A: Pretty much. I just got this a few days ago. As soon as it came in I put the core in the freezer and it was in for just over 24 hours. Made 1 batch, let it sit back in the freezer for 2 hours but it did nothing. To bad it doesn't come with two cores so you could speed up the process. **Q: How do you get the top to stay down while it is turning?** A: Don't let the mix sit in the canister for very long w/o the churner churning in there because it freezes quickly on the bottom and along the sides and then the churner can't get close to the sides or the bottom and pops out of place. Put the mix in, put the churner in quickly and turn it on. **Q: How do you lock the top in place? I tried pushing down and twisting it several times** A: The lid does not lock in place, it just sits in the freezer section, which sits in the base. When seated properly, the individual sections do not turn when the motor is running. Recommend placing the assembled unit on a dish towel when using, though - I've had it turn around slowly on the kitchen counter from the vibration of the paddle, gradually wrapping the power cord around the unit. It didn't cause any problems but just didn't seem to be the thing. BTW, I love this device. P.S. Placing the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes or so before processing it in the machine gives a firmer, more frozen result. **Q: What are the dimensions ,in inches, of this ice cream maker?** A: 6 inch circumference. 10 inches in height. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the most hassle free ice cream ever! *by F***O on 28 July 2026* I bought the Dash My Pint Ice Cream Maker as a Christmas gift for my son, and it was a huge hit.
