I bought 2 sets for my granddaughters who do aerial and love it. One family hung it up and my granddaughter loves playing on it, the other family are trying to find somewhere to hang it. It's better to pair it with a good supporting mat below.

Hard to use and doesn’t feel comfortable it actually hurts the body and it’s not stretching at all.. waste of money

First off. Love my silk. I started with a trapeze yoga swing and felt like it was gonna tear from underneath me.. so I looked online at the best rated yoga silks in Canada, this one came in at a 8 out of 10 on Google, there was another one rated 9 out 10 on Google that was also on Amazon but I liked how this silk looked over the other, & had better reviews. So, I will say it takes a few shots to get the swing the right height for inversions so your head is about 3- 4 inches from the floor. Best advice, make sure the seat of the swing is level to your hips when standing , not in swing. It may seem high, but it's the right height in proper hanging for silks. It will also eventually give a little the more you use it & eventually will drop a bit. If its too low simply untie, lift a bit & re knot. I kept the handles from my trapeze yoga swing and also clipped them onto my hooks incase I want to do aerial yoga OR trapeze yoga ( they are different ) but im very happy with the purchase ☺️.

La calidad y medidas la tela no son las adecuadas para el columpio/hacer yoga aéreo. Parece como un pedazo de tela que compraron en una tienda y listo, no tiene bastillas. No lo recomiendo. Lastimosamente no lo voy a poder devolver ya que salgo de viaje, no me da tiempo de hacer la devolución antes de irme y cuando regrese ya paso la fecha límite y para devolución.

I bought this aerial silk hammock for my daughter, and it has easily become her favorite thing in the house. She is constantly climbing, flipping, and practicing those leg wraps she sees in online videos. As a parent, my number one concern was safety, but this fabric is seriously impressive. It’s thick, incredibly durable, and has just the right amount of give without feeling flimsy. I feel completely confident letting her play on it. The installation was also a breeze. The included instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. Plus, it comes with two heavy-duty carabiners right in the box, so I didn't have to make an extra trip to the hardware store. If you have an energetic kiddo who loves gymnastics or aerial arts, this is worth every penny. Highly recommend!
