Good product, bad packaging
Konvio Neer products have a quality assurance which makes me buy them. But the last two times the packaging has been very poor. My filters came wrapped with just a cellotape. ANyone could take off the tapes and change the filters easily. No cover packaging means the quality and authenticity of your product is not safe. I hope it is improved in future.
