Yoga Asana Cards: 50 poses & 25 sequences (Wellness Practice Cards)

These are gorgeous cards that have inspired me to develop my practice at my own pace, in my own time, wherever I want! I will even travel with them as they certainly beat a screen! The illustrations are stunning and the descriptions and practices are so well- explained. I have just purchased 4 more boxes to give as gifts!

Design, quality, size and last but not least the exercises are great and have (so far) enjoyed using them. I've done yoga before and I am already familar with some of the poses but its an opporrunity to learn some new ones, execute at my own pace and modify any poses too.Two thumbs up from me.

Having dipped in and out of yoga over the years, I have yet to come across a class I feel truly comfortable with, finding the ‘wellness’ brigade quite alienating and self indulgent. Now I can learn the asanas by myself and the handy little booklet included will allow me to devise routines. The cards are thoughtfully designed and all round fab.

You receive cards and little booklet in colourful box the booklet is informative but not overwhelming and explains each pose and cards have bright illustrations of pose.I liked had section on chair yoga for disabled.Good for beginners to yoga 🧘‍♀️

Love these I put them next to my laptop for some motivation when I have a break!

The yoga cards are perfect for beginners, great explanation on the back of the cards, and adaptations that are useful especially when starting out. The cards themselves are made from a good thick quality card, they are a good size and has empowering art work. They are contained in a beautiful box with a fantastic booklet on the perfect set of poses for each problem area. Will be buying another set as a gift.

I use these a lot to have personalised targeted yoga sessions. They have very clear pictures and very useful tips.

This deck is probably not best for true beginners. I'd suggest an in person or video sessions to get the breathing part. Really great for me as an intermediate, long time, inconsistent practitioner. I need to take my time to relax into poses, or do an extra sequence to fully realize stretches. classes can't do that Makes it easy to put together a balanced sequence and track what poses I did. A few new poses to me. I'll probably make some of my own cards for missing poses, or upgrade to the fit deck cards down the road.

Die Karten sind schön gestaltet und aus einem festen Material, sie werden also noch ne ganze Weile nutzbar sein. Mit dem kleinen "Handbuch" ist die Nutzung noch erleichtert, da die Sequenzen immer zu einem bestimmten Bereich am Körper gestaltet sind. Besonders im Alltag, wenn man sich kaum bewegt, finde ich diese Übrungen und Sequenzen sehr hilfreich, um den Körper immer wieder durchzustrecken. Insgesamt macht das Üben mit dem Kartendeck sehr viel Spaß
