We got 2 of these; one is broken and one is still good. The broken one had a wheel fall off after 1 use and we couldn't find the screw so it's just completely useless now. On a positive note, it's the perfect size for little kids and the plastic makes it more kid-friendly than the metal scooters. It took my kids a couple tries to figure out how to steer. They were very excited about the Paw Patrol characters. I like that the scooters stand on their own. Not a bad starter scooter. More Paw Patrol characters would be cool.
