was great for our absinthe fountain's maiden voyage - worked well and easy to clean. mayyybe a little bit pricy for what it is imho but pleased overall w/ the spoon.

Great mesh strainer. Not only doesn’t work well as a bar tool, but I also use it frequently in the kitchen. It strains the pulp from freshly squeezed, lemon and lime juice for cocktails. It washes up nice in the dishwasher and into stainless steel so it doesn’t rust. It’s a little more expensive than some of the cheaper strainers but it’s high-quality and I’m sure it will last very long time. I love all of my Viski products. I have also given them as wedding gifts to friends and people love them.

The must have accessory for the Julep fans! I did not know this (professional) brand, but it is great quality, 100% stainless steel (it goes in the dishwasher). Weight is perfect, and the object is pleasant and easy to hold despite its short handle. It fits my julep cups and my two shakers. I like the organic shape and its nice design. Great addition to your bar tools, and not only for Julep drinks!

Setting up my home bar tools in copper/rose gold, and this strainer was the perfect tool! Fits perfectly in the small tin of a Boston Shaker or in a Pint Glass, but it is a little too small for the Jucoan 24oz Crystal Cocktail Mixing Glass I already had (I don't blame the strainer--that mixing glass is larger than standard). Nicely made, and the finish is bright, shiny, and smooth.

Just received my Absinthe Spoon in the mail and couldn’t be happier. I love the ornate vintage style design that feels true to tradition. At first I thought it might be flimsy because of the nature of thin metal but actually feels quite solid and won’t bend. In all, I’m happy with this spoon as it fits exactly what I was looking for.

I should have read the description more carefully - it's much smaller than I thought, about the size of a shallow teacup. Beautiful, though!

Even though bar tools may look alike in listing images, there’s a huge difference in quality that can’t always be determined until you have it in your hand. Viski are one of the few brands that actually makes quality bar tools and sells them on Amazon. With julep strainers, the biggest difference between similar looking models is their weight and thickness. Cheap ones will flex and break at the weld point after minimal use. This is one of the good ones that is heavy duty and feels like a quality tool on your hand. Buy with confidence.

Fits several different sized glasses and looks great! Just getting into absinthe and this is a great tool for absinthe drinkers!
