Female socket OK, Male plug is not of the best
- Female socket OK.- Male plug: I mainly found two problems with the male plug:a) The tip section is about 0.10 mm smaller in diameter than the average original plugs (Sony, Samsung, ecc.) and doesn't stay firmly connected in many devices.If you use it with the provided Female socket you buy together, it will work well, as these Female sockets have a tight spring connector.b) The body is quite large in diameter near the metal connector and, if you want to use it with a mobile phone, it won't go through the cover hole until the end. It may work if you take the cover off and, you surpass the issue highlighted above at (a).

Jack plugs are meh
as another reviewer identified, the sockets are great, but the plugs are a poor standard.I can plug other jacks into the sockets without problems, but these are so flimsy the contacts short and there seems to me something wrong with the dimensions, if you push them completely into sockets you short contacts together.

Not a standard 3 5mm audio jack
Tried plugging the jackplug into a Samsung phone and the plug is too short! Waste of money. The plugs only fit the provided sockets.
