The description wasn’t clear enough. I was under the impressions it would be single shots, which is what I wanted, and they don’t need refrigeration. Only to find out it comes in one big bottle and you have to do 15ml servings, and also refrigerate once opened. Not very convenient!

I like this product and buy it over and over. But they seem to have a hard time staying consistent with the quality of the packaging. More and more often my container comes with a broken and leaking seal. And with this product needing refrigeration after opening to keep the quality of the ingredients I get very frustrated having to return it for an exchange. I just recently subscribed for this to get the discount and behold it came with a leaking seal yet again but this time there is no eligible return? I messaged the seller and have had no response in over 2 weeks. I do enjoy this product but I am getting very frustrated with its inconsistent packaging and no response from seller to help with the issue.

Ordered on the 8th and it still hasn't shipped and it's the 14th. I am disappointed. I know the product is good though, just getting tired of waiting.

I tried the NOW Sports Nutrition citrus flavored one, but the flavor is overpowering and gives me heartburn/acid reflux. So I tried this brand. The flavor is decent, not as strong as NOW Sport Nutrition's. Blue Razz isn't my favorite, but not bad. Doesn't give me heartburn or acid reflux, yet. These products do work, but most people misunderstand that it only works if you use these as a pre-workout supplement and on an empty stomach. So take 20-30 min before a morning or late afternoon/early evening workout (with diminished returns), assuming you haven't eaten breakfast, yet, and you ate lunch 5+ hours ago. I partook in intermittent fasting with a low carb/high protein/medium fat diet, and used L-Carnitine to supplement my workouts, and it SLIGHTLY sped up the process of getting fit and loosing weight. My body holds onto fat like it's cake, so weight loss has always been a challenge for me. In 3 months, I lost 15 lbs. I had to stick to a VERY strict training/diet routine to achieve it. Most people will have an easier time than I do, though.
