Actually so good
This tastes so yummy, it’s quite cinnamon-y and not too sweet. Goes great with yogurt and frozen berries! Also so lovely that it doesn’t include any artificial sweeteners and isn’t harsh on the gut

Great protein powder!
This has become my favourite protein powder. Just wish it was available in larger quantities. Tastes great and a little different to others as it’s not just pea protein.

Powdery and tastes artificial
I've tried this powder on its own with water, just milk, and in a smoothie. All of these had a weird powdery texture that I cannot bring myself to drink. Even in the smoothie there was a weird artificial taste that meant I couldn't drink it all. Not a good choice for those looking to avoid that powdery and fuzzy tongue feeling

ingredients yay flavour nay
The hunt for a good dairy free protein powder continues. The ingredients on this one look okay but the flavour is strange, a bit soapy.

Grainy, overly sweet, bad aftertaste
Too much cinnamon. It doesn’t mix well either. Waste of money.

Got this product to replace another brand that coagulated together in a huge mass. This makes a smooth smoothie, which is delicious. Something I wanted to mention is that this is already sweetened. I usually add my own sweetener to my smoothies. The good thing is that it’s sweetened with stevia, which is a great natural sugar alternative that works for me. Anything manipulated chemically gives me a giant headache, even if it starts out with natural ingredients. Stevia remains stevia, so I can handle it, but the taste/sweetness seems stronger to me than sugar, or the honey I usually put in my smoothies. Stevia can have a minty aftertaste, but this product does not. Per serving, which is 2 scoops (scoop comes inside the package), the protein powder has 13 g carbs, 3 of which are fiber. That’s a pretty low amount. The smoothies I’ve made with this product are initially a little too sweet for me personally, but they’re so delicious otherwise that I’ve found ways to make them less sweet. In some cases, like a mango smoothie, I’ve added a 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Today, I made a banana smoothie using the protein powder, 8 oz flax seed milk, a little pineapple aloe water, 4 ice cubes, a banana, and nutmeg. My stomach was bothering me (reasons unrelated to this product) and the smoothie was too sweet, so I added a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Still sweet, but close to just right and quite tasty. The consistency is very creamy and there isn’t a lot of residue on my glass as compared to other protein powders. The information on the back of the product says the entire package equals 12 servings, but I use 1-1/2 scoops - less than the company suggests - to reduce the sweetness. It still tastes great and gives me an amount of protein I’m happy with. Since 2 scoops equals 20 grams, 1-1/2 would be about 15 grams of protein. My purchase will also go a little farther using 1-1/2 scoops. I plan on buying this again when the bag is finished. Even though I usually add my own sweetener, since stevia works for me and this doesn’t have an aftertaste, this works for my needs. I drink a lot of smoothies because I eat a vegetarian diet and am often low on protein, so I need a protein powder that’s healthy and tastes great. This one does that. Happy customer.

use this for the first time seems like great protein powder. We’ve mixed it into our oatmeal, banana bread, and smoothies will buy it again.

For over a year I’ve been using the pea protein powder version. When that product was discontinued I tried Epic Protein by the same company. I was not expecting it would have so many ingredients plus having coconut and stevia added for sweetness. With kidney disease I do not need the added potassium and sodium this product contains. This product is no longer suitable for my use. To obtain the 20 grams of protein it requires two scoops. The one pound bag delivers approximately 12 days of 20 grams of protein. I use it in a smoothie each morning with a cup of blueberries. This product is far too sweet. My review relates solely to my needs. I now have to find a one ingredient protein powder else where. I am not looking for a sweet drink. I am looking for a healthy source of protein to add to my plant based diet.
