Konakandi Voltas beko 14 place డిష్వాసర్ కోనకండి... నేను కొని ఘోరంగా మోసపోయాను.2 సంవత్సరాలు పనిచేసి పాడైపోయింది. కస్టమర్ కేర్ కు ఫోన్ చేస్తే ఎవ్వడు కూడా సరిగా స్పందించలేదు.bhongir లోని GURU SRI ELECTRONICS వారి కి రిపేర్ అప్పగించారు.వారు వచ్చి చూసారు.శిక్షణ లేని మెకానిక్ ఏమి పాడైపోయింది కూడా గుర్తించకుండా, PCB BURN అయ్యిందని, ORDER పెట్టాలని చేప్పి service ఛార్జ్ 650 తీసుకుని వెళ్ళాడు.PCB 7వేలు అవుతుందని చెప్పాడు.సరే ఆర్డర్ పెట్టమని చెప్పాను.నాలుగు నెలలు అయ్యింది.ఆర్డర్ పెట్టమంటారు,కానీ రాదు.ఇంతవరకు రిప్లై కూడా ఇవ్వలేదు.ఫోన్ చేస్తే లిఫ్ట్ కూడా చేయడంలేదు.ఏరియా సేల్స్ మేనేజర్ కూడా పనికిరాని వాడిలా మారాడు.ఫోన్ లిఫ్ట్ చేయడం లేదు. ఇంత ఖరీదైన మెషీన్ కొని ఆర్థికంగా, మానసికంగా నష్టపోయి బాధ పడుతున్నాను.దయచేసి ఎవరు కూడా VOLTAS ITEMS కొనకండి .
