I use a cheap nail glue and I use more than one type with foilsI have had no problems with foils accept if I used Too Much topcoat you have to use a very thin coatAlso if your nail polish doesn't dry all the way but almost dry you can use foils without using nail glue at all I watched a good YouTube videoyou just put the nail foils on and rub them in place and dab if you likePut on and pull off quicklybut I like using nail glue better because I like to layer my foils and use more than one kind on the nailFor me the nail foils last better than my nail polishI'm sure I will love my nail foils when I get theseI just wanted to leave a review about how to do nail foils and how these can work with top coats just fineAlso they do not dull in appearance after topcoat at least in my experience at allI like to use glitter top coat as an alternative tooMy favorite is the one that looks like real metal flake and it is also a very thin nail foil that looks like pieces of Gold Silver and copper on your fingernail when it's doneMy favorite look is all different colors on every nail and a different foil on three of the nails and then the metal flake and gems on two fingersI have just discovered nail foils and I am a fan and I love them!Fingernail painting and foiling is just another way to express yourself and be creative and beautiful!

I wish I would have researched nail foiling before I spent the money on glue and these foils. Nail foiling can be fun and they look great for a minute. What no one is going to tell you is that no top coat in the world works with nail foils. Once you foil your nails and put the top coat on, your pretty designs turn dull, change color, or even bubble up. All looks great until you top coat it, but if you do not top coat it, your foil will be destroyed within minutes unless you walk around with your hands held above your head and don't touch anything.Foiling sites tell you to use a cheap top coat and one that isn't fast drying. Let me tell you that I have now tried cheap, expensive, slow drying and fast drying. Nothing keeps the foils from losing their luster and color when you coat them.While this was a fun and novel idea at first, do your research before you decide to purchase.

I love the colors and they are easy to use and they look great on nails and I love the fact that they can be used on other craft ideas .. This is a great product with a great price.. I need to find a better safer glue to use these and a top coat that doesn't affect the foil I saw a you tuber have a problem with the top coat setting there for splitting the foil.

I was very pleased with the foils & the variety of colors. I just wish that they also came with the foil glue required to apply them.

Love them!! I've used them on both finger nails and toes. Very easy to apply, the best thing they look so rich in color. : )

What I received is not what is pictured. I pay a dollar for them in America and actually get what I want. I chose them fro the rainbow effects they are suppose to have. I received only two of what seems to be pictured. One of them I can actually get thru my art store. I would not have chosen the two solids in red and navy blue. Nor would I want certain duplicate "colors" I was also given a patterned solid red and patterned solid navy blue but again I would not need the solid red and blue. In the photo one appears lime and mint/teal green and I received a patterned solid emerald and a patterned solid blue. I already have golds and would not have chosen this particular gold which is also not pictured. The gold and silver is a more aura rainbow and would have chosen both of them but is probably similar to the golds and silvers I already have. Again I will state it not my favorite choses or should I state I was not given a chose just a random selection not pictured!
