COOL GEL Memory Foam 10-Inch Mattress, CertiPUR-US Certified, Mattress in a Box, Twin XL, White

This is the 2nd one of these mattresses I have purchased for my home in the past several months. I LOVE IT! I ordered a queen size for a guest room, and realized that the mattress was better than the one I currently had in my own room. For the price... this completely took me by surprise. Coming from the mattress industry on both the retail sales AND manufacturing end, I am very familiar with this manufacturer and have purchased their products with confidence over the years. (Also check out their Cool Gel pillows.. best I've ever used). For this price, I was expecting a great quality GUEST ROOM mattress, but what I got was a lush feeling, top of the line feeling product. Meaning it is sealed air tight in in plastic, and rolled for easy shipping. I love this because it fits through doorways easily, and more importantly for me, stays nice and clean!Unpacking: The outer package is cardboard, the plastic casing is inside, its very easy to remove both. Just make sure you cut away from the fabric so you don't ruin your mattress (explained in the video)Look: 10.5" profile is a nice looking mattress. VERY soft lush ticking (fabric) on top that is nice, breathable and stretchy. Fancy looking grey knit border is a nice modern touch.The feel: This to me, although very subjective, is the most important part of mattress selection. I've always liked this company's product because of their support. I'm roughly 210lbs and this mattress doesn't budge when I lay down on it. I get a nice durable support. The top is NOT rock hard though. It feels very fluid and comfy. I guess the best description would be "just enough mush" to feel nice on my shoulders and hips. They ventilate the foam so it doesn't feel like traditional sticky memory foam.Overall, I think this is one of the best values I've purchased on the web. Really great product and totally worth way more than they're listing it for.

I was very skeptical about buying this mattress because I read through the reviews and saw that it was either given a 1 Star or 5 stars. I was scared about the mold, the inconsistency, the firmness, not inflating all the way, etc. the reviews really freaked me out and almost turned me away. I felt like a lot of the reviews were paid reviewers bc they were so inconsistent. I didn’t understand why one reviewer said it was the best thing ever and another one would say it was the worst purchase ever. I purchased the queen 10.5 inch and was very pleased. This is the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever laid on. It’s firm enough to where you won’t sink in, but soft enough on the top layer to conform to your body regardless of what position you’re in. The edges are firm and it’s easy to get out of. I weigh about 200 lbs and it supports me perfectly. I work night shift 7pm-7am at the hospital and it kept me in a deep sleep throughout the entire night (I’m also a very light sleeper with a puppy) The fabric is amazing. It stays cool and feels really good. All in all, I would give this 6/5 stars if I could. I’m hoping I don’t have to edit this review in a month, but as of now, my first two nights of sleep were amazing. I had a comfortable bed before, but this thing is incredible. My sister just spent 1800 dollars on a mattress and when I showed her this one she freaked out and said it was way better than hers for a fraction of the price. Even if it only lasts me 5 years, it’s still cheaper than buying a 1200 dollar mattress every 10 years. I’ll be buying the same one when this one wears out for sure. Also if you want it a little softer and the firmness is too much, a 2 inch down mattress topper works perfectly on this mattress. It really ties it all together. I paid 40 dollars for my mattress topper and I used it the second night. I recommend getting one for any mattress, however this mattress is still amazing without it. Highly recommend. Don’t listen to the bad reviews like I did. Take a gamble, and you won’t regret it.

Absolutely one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on. I travel for work and have stayed at over 100 different hotels/airbnbs in the last 5 years. Of course it's all subjective for comfort. I'm 6ft 240 lbs so I like that it's more of a firm foam mattress but not like a firm traditional that feels like a plank. The fact that it costs a tenth of what a mattress from a store would cost is just perfect. If you prefer a really soft sink sinkable mattress this may not be your fit. If you like a mattress thats more firm for better back support, and yet still feels like you're floating, then I'd highly recommend.

This is the first mattress I have ever purchased. My husband and I had been sleeping on a used hand me down spring mattress that was probably as old as we are for 3 years. When I was pregnant with our first I used to wake up with terrible back and hip pain and I was miserable. Once I got pregnant with our second I KNEW that a new mattress was an absolute must if I wanted to survive another pregnancy lol. I could not be more impressed with the comfort level. I am 20 weeks pregnant and I have not woken up with pain once since we purchased. My husband loves our mattress as well and I have a hard time getting him out of bed for work! When I lay down in the evenings I can actually feel my spine and hips popping back into alignment (FEELS SO GOOD) and it has done wonders for my pregnant self. It also supports my belly when side sleeping, I dont have to prop pillows around me. My husband sits in the same spot(edge of the bed) for a few hours almost daily playing video games, and where there used to be an unsightly dip in our old spring mattress, this one has been resilient and I see no dips or signs of compression at all. You could set a wine glass on one side of the bed and jump on the other without spilling the glass it absorbs so much movement. It is not terribly firm, but firm enough to support you and still be comfortable.The few negatives I have is that when we recieved our product there was a small rip in the mattress cover that I assume happened during the shipping process, but it was easily sewed back together. A bit dissapointing but not the end of the world. Also, the plastic foam smell is pretty strong when you first unbox it so make sure you let it air out for a few days in a well ventilated room unless you want to wake up with a headache. I discovered they use fiberglass for fire protection so you should also wash the cover before sleeping on it. We didnt and ended up with little sparkles of fiberglass underneath our bed that I discovered with a flashlight one day. Since washing and covering with a mattress protector we havent had that problem anymore.9/10 and have reccomended it to my friends. If you want a nice mattress without paying 1k then this is the right choice.

So, my old mattress was taking its toll on my back and it was clearly time to shop for something different. I had a regular pillowtop mattress about 13 years old. I went to a couple local mattress stores and flopped around on several different styles. A friend recommended checking out Amazon and when i saw the prices of these Classic Brands Cool Gel mattresses i was very skeptical of the prices. Everything i looked at locally was 3 times more expensive than on Amazon! I finally rationalized that at this price even if it only lasts a few years I'm still ahead money wise. I pulled the trigger and ordered. I decided to keep my old box spring despite the manufacturers recommendations not to use one and use a specific foundation. Turns out as long as your box spring is in good shape you'll be fine. The mattress arrived on the specified day, it was raining and delivery guy covered up the box with a plastic sheet, thank you!! I got the new mattress outta the box and unrolled it on the box spring. Following instructions i carefully cut the plastic covering and it immediately started to inflate on its own, pretty cool! A definite plasticy chemical smell filled the room, ceiling fan on, window open! It has a zippered covering that's nice and soft. I slept on it that night, it's my only bed! I was told from friends with memory foam mattresses that it takes a few nights to become accustomed to these type mattresses. Turns out that's true, at least in my case. I should mention that i was seeing a chiropractor for a sciatic nerve issue in my back and within a week of getting this mattress i stopped seeing him. It was a combination of his adjustments and this new mattress that my issues went away. I definitely sleep deeper and don't toss and turn like i used to. After a month I'm super happy with my purchase. The chemical smell other reviewers mentioned is now barely noticeable. My old sheets fit the new mattress just fine and actually tuck under better and stay put. It measures right at 10 inches thick and is super comfy! I don't know how long it'll last, but i wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one. Full blown Tempurpedic was way outta my price range, but i feel i got a great product at an even better price with this mattress. Highly recommended.

Ok. This mattress caught my eye because of the reviews. And then the price tag. So I was a little skeptical to start an order. Here's my experience.It arrived quick, 4 days, its well over 100 pounds and the box is big of course.Week 1Day 1- opened the box and cut the vacuum bag off, it rolled out on its own and took a long time to start rising. This is because it sat on porch in -3 cold weather for hours. I cranked the heater up in my bedroom and after 3 hours, its almost at full size.If you are used to sleeping on a really less then desirable mattress...this one will feel like night and day, amazingly comfortable.Day 2- the mattress is at full size and soft soft soft. Day 1 still had some firmness to it.If you like sitting up in bed, on your phone watching TV, youll need some extra pillows. You sink in to this mattress, but it puffs right back up when you get up.I slept really good, woke up an hour before my alarm clock. I was tired the night before.Day 3- The mattress is even a little softer then Day2. I don't believe it will get softer then this. It really cradles the curves in your body, and im 6' 165 pounds. So im really an average build and weight. I slept so good on Day 3, i woke up expecting my lower back to hurt like normal, and it never was in pain. Several times I woke up thinking that my back should be hurting. It never did.I believe this mattress will need to be rotated ever so often took keep it from obtaining a body memory imprint.I'll continue this review as the weeks go on.Update Week 2I still wake up in the mornings expecting to feel lower back pains...but i haven't experienced the back pains yet. I'm getting less and fewer dead arms and shoulder pains, but they still exist.So far, the money I've spent has been money well spent. You can't beat the price for the quality and comfort. I'm sure there's a much more comfortable and plush mattress out there, but you gotta pay for it...so far, I would and probably will buy this again. I'll update again.

Bed is comfortable, but more on the firmer side. Do wish it was a tad softer, but still like the bed. I purchased this with a 18 in bed frame, so it sits up pretty high (which is great for taller people).Couple cons: You can't wash the cover/outershell because part of the top is made out of foam which is annoying (that it's not washable, not that it's made of foam). If you happen to get stains, you could spray detergent, vinger, water mixture and dab the area, but it's not going to do much good.You can't flip the mattress to the other side because there's like a 2in topper in the mattress that's not on the opposite side. *This is on the mattress itself, not on the outer removable shell although the outer shell also has foam. If you are someone who flips the bed so that the bed evenly wears out... know that this isn't an option with this bed. The only thing you can do is to flip the direction of the head. Now the company claims that this is not necessary, but I already notice that the parts I usually sleep on is a little softer and gives a little bit more than parts that I don't... I'm concerned about this in the long run.It says that the bed is memory foam, but to be honest I'm skeptical... I don't know if it's just the 2 inch topper they put that is or the entire bed. The bed does have a lot of give (in terms of contour) like most memory foams... but I will say that it lives up to the expectation of keeping you cool.I'm a little disappointed, but it does the job and for the price it's comfortable.Edit: I've left my original review above (comment from the manufactuere is below as well). The bed got more comfortable with time and I have since ordered the mattress 2 more times for myself and one time for my brother.Pros: it does get a bit softer with time, I also love though that it doesn't get too soft and still has its firmness. I've found that it has helped my back a lot. The pro is also that it keeps its shape with more weight, so if you have someone who is heavier than say 220lbs it won't sink like other foam beds may.Cons: I have gotten stains on it and it's been really frustrating not being able to get the stains out or be able to pop it in the washer dryer. I also did notice part of the bed I slept in more often sank more (which is given) but over time you could see where it sank. Not too much of an issue though, it was still comfortable. I had that mattress for 2 years and decided to buy a new one (not because there was anything wrong with the bed but for other reasons) so not sure what happens post 2-year mark. But for the price it's been great and comfortable

I ordered the California King because my boyfriend is 6 foot 7 and got it last week. I was a little worried when I first unrolled it and didn't think It would be firm. After letting it sit for three days I am shocked at how firm it is. It is SOOO COMFERTABLE. I am hoping it lasts as my boyfriend is extremely tall and weighs appx 250 lbs. I will update in a few months.

It’s is nice and firm, I would imagine it will get somewhat softer as time goes on but it was just what we wanted for a firm memory foam bed. Another one we bought 3 months earlier is way too soft, it’s too bad I had to basically scrap it

Good quality. Excellent mattress. We’re going through a heat wave with no central air. We still get a good nights sleep and wake up not sweating. Works great on my new adjustable bed frame.
