The USP of this product is not in the gentle and curved edge of the blade. The USP of the product is the shape of the product and the angle which the blade is placed. Unlike the normal trimmers this is very easy to hold and trim. I use it for my chest hair and I find it easier to use than others on both hands. It still leaves nicks and cuts so be careful where you use it. Its not as gentle as advertised nor as fine and smooth.

The power button stopped working after the first use. Raised support request and provided photo video evidence to them and they assured they will send a replacement. Which they did in a few days however they sent an opened box with a product that was already used by someone. It literally had hair particles all over. I reached back to customer support and provided photo proof. Guess what? They stopped responding completly. I can't even return the product or ask for refund now. I now have 2 shavers and both are unusable. Lost my money but learnt my lesson. Beware of their cheap products and even worse customer support.

I have tried many brands trimmer for private parts trimming and every time I ended up hurting myself. Then I came across this product and i have seen product specifications and features and i thought to give it a try and ended up in purchasing this. Then I used and found really good for private parts unwanted hair removal, but still not completely safe, however 80% - 90% safe. Remaining 10% - 20% depends upon angle u r using. Trimming in private parts is a bit tricky and it needs some certain angle. If trimming is used with 1mm cap is used then it is 100% safe. Without size cap, on bare blade while using proper care and certain angle to be used. Works well, nice and amazing product. Till now not seen no other product which is safer and friendlier than this.
