My First Mirrorless Camera - the Joy of Photography. Light in weight and an incredible camera.
This is my first standalone digital camera. I did contemplate buying a Canon DSLR about 7 years ago . Never got around to buying one. The main reason for buying the Olympus Mark iv is, it is light in weight and easy to carry around. Very comfortable to grip while taking photos. You always want the newest model. I think the mark iv was released in 2020*. (*could be wrong). The manufactured date on the camera box is July 2022 and I bought this camera in September 2022.The pictures you see above are all taken in manual mode. The flowers were taken using a Zuiko 60mm macro lens. The rest were taken using the 14-42mm lens that came with the camera. The good thing is that there are so many Youtube videos to help you take great pictures, even if you have no prior experience in Photography. Learning about balancing ISO, Shutter speed, Aperture, and White balance really helps in getting great photos. The Olympus Mark iv is a fabulous professional camera with a whole lot of features.
