Love purse but it was not packed good in shipping. Had to work to get wrinkles out of purse!

The satchel and crossbody bag are exactly what I wanted. The loss of star is because the smallest bag isn't good for anything that I can figure out. It's so flat, much like an envelope, that nothing really fits in it, and the bulky fold-over top and magnetic latch take up too much space. It's sitting on my desk - probably will eventually go into the trash. But I'm OK with that because I love the other two bags so much, and I feel the price for those two was great. I mostly carry the crossbody which holds my wallet, checkbook, a small bottle of ibuprofen, a bottle of nasal decongestant spray, a small package of tissues, a pen, two lipsticks, and a lip balm. And there is still room for me to stash my keys and my phone when I need to. The satchel is perfect for when I need to carry something a little bigger such as when I want to carry a book with me or a notebook. It even holds my 13" laptop along with my book and the contents of the crossbody while still zipping comfortably for security. I usually take it to trainings or conferences. I know some reviewers have had their arrive crushed and creased. Mine came nested in one another with plenty of extra paper stuffed in them. Then they were in a box large enough to hold them without pushing on them, so they arrived in perfect condition. I would purchase in other colors, but I don't really need them, and most of my wardrobe is in the navy blue family, so this set is perfect. The only thing I wish is that the handles on the satchel were a little longer, but I usually wish that for most satchel-style bags. They never sit comfortably on my shoulder. Aside from that, I would highly recommend.

I LOVE this set! The larger purse would be perfect if the handles were longer. A purse needs to have handles 11-11 1/2 inches so you can throw it on your shoulder with one hand/arm. The Navy color is wonderful on all. The larger purse is very sturdy and stands on the feet perfectly on it's own. (Something I was searching for!) They all look great and are worth the money! If the handles were longer I would order these in EVERY color!!!

I wanted a fancy new tote that was more secure than my MK bag (I wanted a bag that was completely closed by the zipper). I deliberated with this bag because it's the same color but came with multiples and was pretty excited for it to come. However, I wish I delved more into reviews because I was a little disappointed. All the bags came dented. These pictures are after trying to buff them out with a hair dryer as one reviewer mentioned. Didn't seem to work, so instead of returning and paying extra for an upgrade and waiting again, I decided to keep these for now and break them in a bit to see if it corrects itself. I think the material looks and feels like quality, not cheap and plastic-y as others mentioned. The tote does have "feet" to keep it off the floor but the crossbody does not. There's also two open pockets and one or two zipper pockets inside both. The "clutch" is indeed like a heavy duty envelope. I was able to fit my phone case in it (a hardback Samsung Galaxy S21 for reference) comfortably, would MAYBE a car key fob and cash/cards. I don't like the idea of cash and cards floating around in one big pocket though, wish I got a set with a wallet. I'm going to give it a chance but I may end up returning and getting another one.
