The product looks great. The shower handle did come with a crack in it that we did not realize until it had already been installed. I reached out to the company and they were very helpful and sending us out a replacement free of charge. I would recommend this product.

Looks good and works good

Item is just as pictured. We had an issue with the shower head itself not functioning properly, contacted the seller, and they sent us a new part. Love the rainfall shower head and handheld sprayer, if more pressure is desired (or for showering our dogs). It makes our new shower feel luxurious.

I love this shower faucet set, but the brass is coming off around the hot water Spicket and the shower head is starting to rust. It was beautiful when it was new we loved it but it’s looking not so good now

Upon installing this unit, I realized there was an issue with the threads not allowing the shower head to screw on the pole. I reached out to the company and they sent out a new unit correcting my issue no questions asked. They even followed up after replacement parts were delivered to insure I was good. Great customer service!

I love the look of the Gotonovo Luxury Exposed Shower Faucet Set — it has a beautiful, classic design that really stands out in my bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower head started to show signs of rust after a short time, which was disappointing for such a stylish piece. It works well and looks great overall, but I wish the materials were a bit more durable to match the luxury look.

I am disappointed to report that after two years of use, both the hot and cold water lines on this shower system have developed leaks. While the leaking is slow, it has become a persistent issue. I have attempted to resolve this through support, but found no way to contact the company, leaving me no choice but to share my experience here. I would not recommend this product due to the lack of long-term durability and the inability to reach customer service.

Beautiful piece, but rusts within a month, so useless. Terrible seller, they take no responsibility.

Extremely slow delivery. This item took 32 days to reach me. There were no instructions with the item. I have figured out how to assemble the shower but am struggling with the pipe fittings. The website says the pipe threads are “NPT”, meaning national pipe thread. However when trying to connect the supplied pipe fittings to my own NPT pipes their fittings will not screw on. This has created a lot of frustration and will now add additional cost to what should be a very simple install. Purchasers should be ware of this shower kit. In the surface it looks great but the install is a nightmare
