So cheap now with very little protection
Sadly their cases have gone downhill. It's like they just stopped caring.. it's so bad.You no longer get protection for the cameras, the product itself just feels cheap now, you can see various lines in the case from how it was put together with makes it look even more cheap.. So disappointing as I loved the previous version for iPhone 7/8+.

Difficult to press lock button
I agree with other reviews. I’m honestly not sure how this product scores as high as it does on Amazon. Pressing the lock button with this case on my iPhone 12 gives me no feedback. You really have to press it very hard to lock or unlock your phone. For a premium 50-dollar case it seems to have been rushed to production. A real shame as I’ve been using Otterbox cases for the last 8 years. This will be the first time I’m sending one back for a refund.

Doesn’t feel like Otterbox quality. Not worth $50.
I really love Otterbox products, but this case frankly does not feel like Otterbox quality and is 100% not worth $50. It feels like cheap plastic materials and was difficult to put on. I’m confident my phone will be safe if dropped, but no safer than a case 1/2 the cost. Really surprised by this product and it’s quality (or lack thereof).

Not worth $50
I've always used ottorbox cases on my phones. This case feels cheap, the picture also makes it look more grey while it is really more white and clear. You can get a similar quality case for $15 on amazon.
