Sturdy and easy to fit
Existing ring kept falling of so replaced with this. Easy to fit as the back plate was the same size as the existing one so no new holes. Busy household with five people constantly using towel so needed to be sturdy. So far so good and being black with black fixing screw able to mount with screw uppermost without it noticing ! Aged hands and eyes very grateful!

Good product, useless instructions
It's a good decent design. However, the instructions are appalling. It's difficult to tell which way to under faceplate was to go as the instructions don't tell you, so fitted it one way, then had to remove and refit the other way, and the description doesn't tell you much that's useful. Binned it in the end and figured it out myself eventually.
