100% African Shea Butter with Borututu - Creamy, Yellow - for Skin, Hair and Nails, 15 oz

Has an earthy, savory smell, like food. Not really what I want to smell like, but it’s so healing it’s still my go-to body moisturizer. I think the borotutu root is doing something medicinal. This works better than the white, refined shea butter I also use.

Today Jan 10th 2026 I received my shea butter.I'm totally disappointed to see a potion of lid is cracked and edge missing. Could be contaminated. Canister received and delivered without any plastic seal. Tossed in amazon shipping bag without any plastic wrapping. I paid the increased rate of $18.00.This is unacceptable. I will have to find a brand. I will be contacting the sender to see if they can ship with plastic again.Below was my previous review. Not anymore.Love this shea butter. If a smell pleasant i never notice. many shea butters i blend for creamier consistency. Not this one. Perfect for me. I use shea butter generously on my skin & scalp when desired. Kinda of thick. Replaces lotion, Rubs on easily, blends in skin well. my first all over right after showering. Last through day no ashiness. Kinda of expensive. Good product. I think should be closer to $12 instead $14+ dollars

A few months I developed eczema and none of the moisturizers word not even the Shea Butter creams from walmart! But I searched to web for good Shea Butter and ran across this Brand. I gave it a try and I PROMISE this creamy Butter works and for me it last up to 24 hours No Joke! This is the only thing I use now.To me it have a playdoe sent when you first apply but it leaves within 3 min. So one container last me about 2 and 1/2 mo. I have my other family members using it now so my container stay missing. It works 100% for me.

Very hefty size that will last you a long time. Shea butter has multiple uses, I mostly use it on m y hair (I have natural 4a 4b hair) and it softens it and moisturizes it and keeps it moisturized for a long time. You can use it on your skin, however take caution because I have broken out from it so I don't use it for that purpose anymore. It is great for your body and hair. Some ppl hate the smell but to me it smells very earthy and let's me know it is 100% unrefined and it goes away once you apply it anyway. I love how creamy it is as well. No complaints highly recommend.

I love this brand and have always used the yellow version so when I found it here in a larger size, I ordered it. The title of the item says the product is the yellow version, but I received the white one. I returned it thinking a mistake was made but the replacement was another tub of the white version. Just be aware, if that matters to you. I will use the one that was sent but will find a local shop that carries the yellow. It is still moisturizing for my skin so not all bad but perhaps the title should be adjusted because it is very misleading.

I use this on my face is so sensitive to so many things and at 40 year old I still have brake outs I love the glow it give my skin I only use a little goes a long way it last long there on frangrsnce and the valves of the money is good love the natural of this product

Besonders bei trockener Haut wirkt sie hervorragend.Der Geruch ist etwas streng, aber das ist bei natürlicher, unraffinierter Sheabutter völlig normal. Wer ein naturbelassenes Produkt sucht, wird damit kein Problem haben.Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Had to buy and it stated it was creamy have others solid as rock or have to wait for summer for it to soften up , extremely pleased this soft and creamy been using for a few days smells nice has not clogged pores or got pimples its great and sure is creamy easy to use as shown in photos highly recomend.
