The OEM BMW charge pipe is a ticking time bomb for any N55 135i or 335i running higher than stock boost. Its plastic design will adequately hold the boost on stock settings, but on tuned cars it's failure is inevitable. The ARM Motorsports N55 charge pipe is designed to handle the highest levels of tuning. Constructed of high-grade aluminum the ARM 335 charge pipe connects to the throttle body using a connection similar to the oem design for a precise and secure fitment. To lock in a leak-free seal, we include a brand new o ring with each N55 charge pipe kit. It's design is engineered to optimize airflow between the intercooler and the throttle body, and to further increase the performance of your N55 there are two hookups for methnol or nitrous. To reconnect your factory TMAP sensor there is a cnc machined flange for perfect fitment with new screws to match. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Ready to put some muscle into installing it *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2021* Very difficult to get on the throttlebody using there over sized O-ring that comes with the kit. Contacted ARM support they gave me some advice using lube/oil to help slip it on but that didn't help at all. I had to take off the throttlebody off and installed it outside of the engine using my entire body weight to slip it on but even then it was difficult. But I guess its to avoid any boost leaks . After installed everything back on the engine Performance and sound is certainly enhanced.
