The long barrel on this makes quick work of various task. High power. Don’t use the short barrel hammer if long barrel is a choice. The short barrel version makes a lot of noise and doesn’t get much accomplished. Think if you hold a hammer driving a nail if you use short swings the nail barely moves but if you have a long swing drives the nail quickly. The noise given off is comparable to any air hammer so wear hearing protection.
