Damaged product
I disliked the fact that I have to pay shipping to return a defective product. I still have it and will never buy from you again.

Excellent product but the bottle leaks.
The product is excellent. However, it is clear that the bottle containing sodium chlorite leaks since the bag had liquid.Since the bottles are plastic they are very functional. The inner spout works very well to use for drops or pouring.

Defective
After receiving this product with a leaking product that contaminated the inside of the box, the lid one of the bottles was unsealed and partially opened. Very strange. Couldn't trust the quality of the chemical. So we had to dispose the chemicals.
