    Fabulous product. The color and condition of the Foie Gras that we received was perfect. It was also shipped very quickly. Luckily you can freeze any portion that you choose to, since you only need a small amount to enhance a dish. I will certainly reorder when we need some more from Hudson Valley Foie Gras.

    Managed to cut with cheese wire cutter and froze 2/3 of it in a freezer bag I then put in Tupperware full of water. It worked great. No freezer burn.
