Review: Used for sons sleeping - I’ve used this product for my autistic son for several reasons - I have done my research in magnesium supporting sleep so I was hoping this was going to reduce his night wakings - I am unsure if this product alone has helped but he his settling quicker during the night. I also used this for my son’s anxiety as he has started teeth grinding - and I have noticed a reduction of him grinding his teeth. As previously mentioned I’m unsure if it’s the product but it is definitely worth the try so I would recommend. He has no complaints of the taste and chews the tablets before brushing his teeth.

A: We selected the dose of 50mg magnesium per tablet / 100mg per 2 tablets based on Adequate Intake of magnesium for children 4+ years old. Increasing this dose will increase the chance of excessive magnesium and can cause increased bowel movements.
