what safety certification does this helmet have? im looking to ride on electric scrooter that can reach 40mph although atypical

I bought this helmet because I require my Grand Kids to wear helmets while on the ATVs and they gave Papaw a hard time because I didn't. It is well made, comfortable & cheap, all qualities I wanted. Yes, it is made in China, but until America can make a quality product at a reasonable price, it's what we're stuck with.

Can i wear glasses with this helmet?

THis helmet will accomodate glasses. I think standard sized frames would work the best. We wear rx glasses inside our goggles and the goggles fit nicely around the helmet

Can I wear over the ear headphones with these?

I’d say no. The helmet is pretty fitted once on and it’s a good size, so there isn’t really any space for over the ear headphones either inside the helmet or over the helmet.
