Tomorrow's Nutrition Sunfiber Prebiotic Fiber Supplement, 90 Servings

I've been using Sunfiber consistently for about 2 years. It works great and supports my daily fiber required. You do have to add the powder before adding liquid and then stir constantly until completely dissolved. This is no different than other powdered fiber supplements. It does dissolve easily. Has no flavor so it can be used in a variety of liquids. It also helps to make sure you are drinking your daily 64 oz. of liquid intake. I really like this natural alternative. Supports my gut health. Pricing may be a little more expensive but it is worth it. I definitely can recommend.

I’ve been using this every day for a couple of years now. It has kept my gut much happier as a lot of raw veggies do a number on my gut. Luckily it actually has no flavor and dissolves almost immediately so I can add it to any of my drinks. The only downside is that it can make certain drinks taste/feel softer(?). That’s the easiest way to describe it. My top ways to drink it is with my chocolate protein shake in the morning or hot chocolate in the evening. It makes it feel smoother and more rich when mixed with chocolate drinks. Highly recommend.

My stomach for most of my life makes very loud sounds. This has completely stopped it! Dissolves clear with zero taste or thickness. I can add it to water and drink it. I’ve gotten to where if the texture is slightly thick or taste is odd- no matter how healthy I know it is for me I won’t drink it. I’ve stopped drinking protein powders because of odd after tastes. SunFiber literally does not change texture or taste or thickness. It’s the only thing I’ve been able to do consistently in my morning coffee. The small container lasted just over a month because I take it twice a day some days. It has stopped my stomach pains and constipation. I bought this bottle on a trial run, and I love it!! It mixes very easily, dissolves completely, and think it’s one of the best supplements with real results I’ve started in quite sometime! And I try a ton of supplements!

This is a great product. I have tried lots of fiber supplements and found this one to be the best. It dissolves quickly in water, has no clumps left in the glass, has no odor, and is flavorless. Most importantly, it gets things moving within a day or two, then keeps on working beyond that! Its a bit pricey, but well worth it. I highly recommend this product!

I had c diff and decided i would use this product to support my gut. I had a lot of gas at first but things normalized after a couple days. I found it helpful in regulating consistency. It didn’t change colon sensitivity for me. Did it change the gut into a more favorable butyrate producing environment? Probably but obviously I can’t prove that. This will create unusually smooth stools, i suspect artificially smooth due to the properties of the gel. It will also lighten the color a shade. It does not speed transit the way psyllium husk does for me. Psyllium husk creates stools with “ant tunnels”, But generally speaking this does not. This will give the platonic ideal of a Bristol 4 stool provided your gut is in a position to do that. As for mixing, you have to stir the liquid continuously before you start pouring the powder in and you can’t just dump the scoop in all at once. There’s no way around this, it’s just the properties of phgg. It will mix clear with enough stirring. It’s mostly tasteless if not very very faintly sweet. The seal on the package is hit or miss. I had one with a great seal, one where half the seal wasn’t sealed at all, and another where it was sealed but it was a bit too easy to lift off. Still. It was intact. The product itself i give 5 stars. The container seal i give 3 stars. I got a refund on the container with the not intact seal so I’m happy about that. I didn’t have to return it so i tossed it. Overall i give 4 stars for this product. I think people should know this is just not the easiest stuff to mix but that’s not necessarily a manufacturer issue. It is definitely doing something in the gut, visually this is obvious. Whether it truly helps i cannot say, but i can say it seemed to gently help with constipation.

Nice alternative if you suffer with intestinal issues or eating FODMAP. It took some time, but I have noticed improvement with the bloating. It dissolves great in my morning coffee- just stir well. I haven't noticed any off flavor or texture because of it in my coffee. Can't speak to adding it to cold beverages or water.

Love love love this! It's so easy to take and I feel a difference when I skip a day. It's helped to regulate my IBS-D symptoms without the usual fiber bloat. Love that it disinfectant l disorganized l dissolves completely. I just drink it with a glass of cool water and it's smooth. There is a slight nutty taste but I kinda like it. Signed up for auto ship so I don't run out.

I was concerned this fiber would be slimy or slick. It was fine in everything I have mixed it in so far and is tasteless. It's in my electrolyte drink, my protein yogurt, my almond milk. Everything mixes fast and completely. Def going to keep buying this! Helps me meet weight watchers fiber goal.

I felt so much better after taking this. I can’t imagine going through my daily life without it. It’s amazing, and I highly recommend it.
