Can these lenses work with Jackson Welding Helmets?

It depends on what size internal lens your helmet has. Some welding helmets have the 2" x 4.25" lens on the inside but some have the bigger 4.5" x 5.25" lens. I noticed that the Jackson helmets have some different size lens so I would suggest you remove and measure your internal lens to find the exact size.

Can this be cut to size to fit my lens frame?

You can probably grind the edges a little to fit a smaller frame, but not a lot & I would be careful.

will this fit a standard 2x4.25 fibre metal pipeliner sugar scoop without a flip up?

Have no idea about sugar scoops but it appears to be of a standardized size and fit my China auto darkening helmet fairly well.

Get the Lincoln version, they snap right in. I tried a generic version, it didn't work.

I purchased this for a Lincoln 3350 series hood. Installation was easy enough and I've used it a few times so far. But, as it's winter up here in the north, it is prone to fogging up on me so I won't have a true impression of it until spring arrives and I can use it and actually see what I'm welding.I does definitely magnify what you are viewing though, and because of the series hood I have, there is room left over it so I can look around without having it magnified.
