Can you add glue to the nail and use the adhesive at the same time?

I would recommend removing the adhesive behind the nail first before applying because what it tends to do is the glue you add tries to grab into the whole thing, but just gets the adhesive behind the nail and it peels off making the nail fall off. Also, it’s strong if you just take it off.

Will these nails fit wide nail bed of 18cm

There are different sizes in the package. Mine are pretty wide and they fit.

How long do they stay on??

Depends on your hand activity, but as a chef, I can tell you they last at least 7 days. I take them off after a week to give them a few days breathing room. These are the best!!
