It helps with hernia pain, but it's not the most comfortable thing to wear, still working out how best to wear it.

Don't give yourself a hernia.
Don't care for the hole in the front. I have to wear them backwards. Or my double hernia pushes thru the hole..

Fits very tight
Fit very small, probably would order a size larger. My husband usually wears size 32 pant and I ordered a small.
